“I began teaching at Carver in 2005. My favorite part of working at the school is helping kids explore questions and ideas. My students should know that I love questions. My favorite thing about Carver is the fun, smart caring staff that is committed to making a difference. The students who love to learn are exhilarating too! Our school is a great place because we connect meaningful, authentic situations with the learning objectives. We also have a unique partnership with a nationally known urban ecological organization, Urban Ecology. Children explore nature in the city with a strong academic program that fosters children’s curiosity about the world.”
