Extracurriculars

At Custer High School, a variety of extracurricular activities, both academic and athletic, create a positive environment for students and provide outlets for them to express themselves and pursue individual interests and talents. Extracurricular activities help students learn to unite with their peers in hopes of achieving a common goal. By collaborating with one another, students form strong relationships and bonds that help carry them through high school and serve as a foundation for strong support networks and positive friendships. The Custer sports teams have won various championships throughout the city of Milwaukee and are recognized for their dedication and strong teamwork.

In addition, Custer offers the “Know Thyself” Program, which works with students to develop self-respect and manners, then offers students cultural opportunities to put learned etiquette into practice.
