Based on demographics, Doerfler is designed as a K – 8 Elementary Community School. We value our culturally diverse population and support it with a Bilingual Program for grades K4 – 5th.  ESL instruction is provided to students with Limited English Proficiency levels.  The staff is comprised of 50 teachers and 16 support staff members. Our students also benefit from having Specialists (gym, art, and music teachers) as apart of their daily program. In addition to these specialists, students receive academic services from the full time Literacy Coach, and a Computer Technology teacher.
