Before- and After-school Program

Lloyd Barbee MPS Montessori offers quality before- and after-school child supervision each school day. Students receive homework help and are given the opportunity to participate in sports, games, arts and crafts and enrichment activities. The program begins at 6:30 a.m. and ends at 6 p.m.

Registration forms are available in the school office or parents can download the form, complete it and bring it in to the school office. Please note that transportation is not provided.

There is a $25.00 registration fee per child, due annually. The annual fee is collected at the time of registration. Parents are charged a $15 late fee for every 15 minutes after the 6 p.m. pick-up time. Cash or money orders should be made payable to Lloyd Barbee MPS Montessori School. Weekly fees, which are to be determined, include a daily snack (after-school program only) and other supplies. Fees must be paid in advance with no exception.

W-2 funding is available for families who qualify. For W2 authorization, parents must go to the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families regional offices or visit http://dcf.wisconsin.gov/w2/ for more information.
