Welcome families and friends!

As principal of Goodrich Elementary School, I want to welcome you to our learning community! Our school is located in Pheasant Run, a residential neighborhood in Milwaukee. We are working to strengthen our ties with the surrounding residents and build a strong, positive support network for our students.

At Goodrich, we strive to meet the needs of all children so that they can become responsible, productive citizens. Classroom activities focus on critical thinking, exploration and problem solving in a safe and nurturing environment. By integrating technology into our curriculum, the staff encourages students to take advantage of online resources while reinforcing classroom learning.

At Goodrich, we recognize that each child’s learning style is unique and students often require personal attention tailored to their specific needs. Because of this, we do our best to provide individual instruction and to practice a variety of teaching styles. Students are taught to respect their peers, embracing uniqueness and appreciating each other.

I encourage families to visit Goodrich, take a tour of our beautiful school and meet the outstanding teachers and staff who can motivate your child to succeed! Please contact me at (262) 236-1505 to schedule a tour or to ask any questions you may have. I’m looking forward to continuing to strengthen and build our learning community!

Sincerely,

Ms. Mary Zimmerman
