U.S. Grant School

Grant School's educational environment provides for integration of special needs students into the total school setting.  Grant School staff and parents create a school climate that enables students from a diverse population to work together toward the attainment of the curriculum goals.

Mission Statement

The staff and parents at Grant School hold high expectations for individual student achievement. Our student centered curriculum focuses on educating the whole child with emphasis on learning by integrating technology in the areas of reading, language arts, science, social studies and mathematics. We provide experiences for children that motivate them to become better prepared to meet the demands of the 21st Century. These experiences develop the child intellectually, socially, emotionally and physically so they are able to make meaningful decisions in our society.

We have high expectations that our students will become strategic readers, critical thinkers, problem solvers, and be able to communicate in a variety of ways. We believe that students must achieve a strong sense of self and positive
attitudes toward life, living and learning.
