A message from
the principal
Welcome to Lincoln Avenue School and thank you for visiting our web site. Our goal is to answer all of your questions and help make your child's educational experience a successful one. If you have any questions about your child's classroom experience, please contact their teacher first and myself if needed. If you need to contact me or our staff members please call our office at 414-902-9700. The office hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
I would like to tell you a little about myself. I was born and raised in Milwaukee and am a product of Milwaukee Public Schools. Since 1987, I have served as a substitute teacher, teacher, and Assistant Principal at Benjamin Franklin and Lincoln Avenue. Since April 2004, I have served as Principal at Lincoln Avenue. I am very proud and honored to be the Principal at Lincoln Avenue School. I am a firm believer that all students can succeed. I make sure resources are spent so the staff has the tools and materials to assist our students on their path of success.
We have a unique structure at Lincoln Avenue School which is a Professional Learning Community (PLC). Our staff meets weekly to align our curriculum, review student work, and share researched best practices to assure appropriate interventions for all students!
I am looking forward to working closely with our families this year and in the future to assure students achieve success! I welcome any volunteers interested in working with our children to contact the school at 902-9700.
