Staff

The faculty and staff at MacDowell Montessori are highly qualified. The MacDowell administration, teachers and support staff motivates students, encouraging them to become confident, independent, problem solvers and critical thinkers. Teachers value Montessori education and present material in a variety of ways to actively engage all student learners. The staff also encourages students to accept and learn from each other and to embrace new experiences, cultures and points of view.
