“My favorite part of teaching is making learning easier for teachers and students. I get the best feeling when the light bulb inside a teacher’s or student’s head goes on and they say, ‘Now I get it!’ Students enjoy my classroom because I make instruction relevant to life. I want students to know why they are learning and what purpose it will serve in their lives. My students may want to know that I lived in Australia and went to high school there as an exchange student. The best thing about MACL is how dedicated our staff is to student success. Teachers and administrators are constantly going above and beyond. This makes our school a wonderful place!”
