MPS 3 Choice Selection Period is January 9-27, 2012

Please complete the Golda Meir information Form (sample here) , only one copy of the form and the records it requests, submit all documents to Golda Meir School.

During the MPS 3 Choice Period in January, a 3 Choice form (sample here) needs to be filled out in the child's current MPS school for the child to be included in the random selection for the new 3rd grade class. Please return this3 choice form to Golda Meir – you may send it with your initial application if you wish.

We will be offering tours to parents/guardians of prospective new students during the months of November, December, and January on Thursdays and Fridays at 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.  No appointment is necessary.

Register at MPS Central Services, Monday through Friday, 5225 W. Vliet Street, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
