The Tech Character Project
Character is far more than the uniqueness of the individual. Character is what often pushes us to success, or allows us to fall to defeat.
Character is not seen in the clothes we wear or in the swag of our step. Instead, character shows in our actions and in every choice we make. Character is what is seen and unseen in how we live each day of our life.
Character is also a unifying presence. The very best teams, companies, clubs, and schools build and grow their success based on shared character values, like cooperation, respect, and determination.
