Records fall. Tech Rises to Top (Again!)
![]() The Bradley Tech Lady Trojans won their second consecutive state title in convincing style, dominating the sprint and relay events. Dezerea Bryant maintained last year’s state crown as the fastest sprinter in the state by winning the 100 and 200 meter dash events, setting state records in each performance. Bryant later combined with Angelina Howard, Derricka Wesley and Amber Coggs to capture gold in the 4x100 relay. Elexis Fuller-Stewart ran to a second place finish in the 200; Tahje Whittley took second in the 400 and third in the 100; and Tiffany Mathews finished seventh in the 800. Angelina Howard, Derricka Wesley, Tiffany Mathews and Elexis Fuller-Stewart combined to finish second in the 4x200 relay and Fuller-Stewart, Whittley, Dinah Watts and Mathews took second in the 4x400 relay. Chicago Art Trip
![]() Seniors visited the Chicago Art Museum and viewed the works of Monet, Cezanne, Van Gough and O'Keefe as well as the famous silver "Bean", which is called Cloud Gate. In other art news, Crystal Rosado won a bronze medal as well as a $200 savings bond for her oil painting submitted to the Fourth Congressional District of Wisconsin. Jeremy Nyklewicz won a "Best of Show" award for his Obama artwork submitted to Milwaukee Teacher's Education Association's (MTEA) Celebration of Art. Posted on 04 Jun 2010 by Mr. Sommer

Yearbook On Sale
![]() This year’s yearbook will go on sale for $20 starting Wednesday, May 26th. There are only 100 copies available and they are likely to be sold out fast. See Mr. Brzinski in room 216. This year’s book contains full color photos of all seniors and signature pages, and includes a DVD with over two hours of videos on all clubs, sports, academies and events as well as all student pictures. Apply for 2010/11 Youth Apprenticeship
![]() Get a job, get paid, get early release and get credit with the Bradley Tech Youth Apprenticeship Program. In the YA program, you will work with Industry-developed skill standards, get an exposure to multiple aspects of industry, work with skilled mentors and get related classroom instruction for your job while you work. Upon completion of the program you receive a State-issued skill certificate, something that looks great on a resume, and proves the high skill level you will have. This program is open to sophomores and juniors, who will be juniors and seniors next school year.
