Course Description

Elements of Art and Principles of Design will be the basis for this one semester course. This course will allow students to experiment in many areas of 2-dimensional visual art: painting, drawing and printing. Experimentation of techniques and basic skills through different media will also be a prime focus of this introductory course. In addition, students will be expected to write about their personal art experiences and processes while learning about other artists.
