Teens Who Care (TWC) is primarily an after school program. This is particularly true for the services that it provides. Nearly all of the service learning projects conducted are done after school hours, however many of the training and school related educational activites related to the projects are conducted during the school day. Some groups meet weekly and others meet less frequently depending on their unique needs.
