The first day of Camp for students will be
September 1, 2009

Parents must pre-register their child(ren)
Pre-registration dates and times:
August 28&29 ~ 7:30 - 2:30
September 2&3 ~ 2:30 - 5:30

 
HOURS and FEES

Registration Fee: $10.00 per child

Morning Session..........7:00 - 7:30
$2.00/day

Afternoon Session..........2:30 - 6:00
**PLEASE NOTE THE SPLIT FEE SCHEDULE**

$5.00/day if your child is picked up at or before 4:30pm

$7.00/day if your child is picked up at or after 4:31pm

You must complete both forms to register for Camp Stuart.

If you are unable to print, please ask for the forms in the school office.
