MPS is continually striving to improve the services we provide for your children. Because your opinion is important to us, we ask that you take a few minutes to complete the school climate survey. Your input will help us improve the learning environment at your child’s school.

The survey takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. All survey responses will remain confidential. Please feel free to complete a survey for each school in which you have a child in attendance.
