	The purpose of TIE is to provide an intensive, holistic short term learning experience that “jump starts” students academically and socially. We developed this 9 week intervention to confront issues related to educating overage middle school students in MPS. Who is Eligible Overage, 7th or 8th grade students who are at risk of not graduating or in need of accelerated opportunity for promotion. Services Provided The TIE program provides: A Personal Education Plan Apex Learning online instruction Experiential Learning Restorative justice circles Individual counseling Transition planning services Self-Exploration Groups “Restoration of Consciousness" (R.O.C) Experiences Educational Lyrics Curriculum	R.O.C. THS uses the term R.O.C. (Restoration of Consciousness) as our overarching theme. R.O.C. is our guiding principle as we promote the healthy, holistic. and liberating socialization of our students.
