Ms. Deibel is very excited to be at Trowbridge. The families and staff are very welcoming. She has taught K5 regular and special education for the past 8 years at Garland Elementary School. She loves to see the student’s excitement and energy for learning, and that is definitely happening everyday at Trowbridge!
Ms. Deibel has a bachelor’s degree from UW-Milwaukee, a master’s degree in Creative Arts and Learning from Lesley University, and recently received National Board Certification in Early Childhood Education. |

Having spent his entire teaching career at Trowbridge, Mr. Koney loves the friendly atmosphere and the diversity of the school. He is currently teaching K5 and has taught K4, third and fourth grade in the past. Mr. Koney recognizes that the support from parents, fellow teachers, and community members make Trowbridge a wonderful learning environment.
A Bay View High School and UW-Milwaukee graduate, Mr. Koney is passionate about teaching in the community where he grew up. Mr. Koney loves sports, especially the Packers and Brewers! He also likes to travel and spend time with his family and friends. |

Mrs. LeCapitaine loves Bay View. She loves living and teaching there. It's always a pleasure for her to run into students and their families after school, during weekends or during the summer. She enjoys the sense of community.
Mrs. LeCapitaine has been teaching kindergarten for over 18 years . Her first ten years with MPS were spent at Browning Elementary on the northwest side of Milwaukee. Since 2002, she has been teaching at Trowbridge. Kindergarten is a wonderful grade level to work with because the children are so excited to be in school and to learn new things. Every day is a new adventure for them! |

Ms. Tyler is a writer and she loves to write with her students. Together they come up with fantastic print-ready materials and the students gain recognition when they publish! |

Ms. Wisniewski, known as Ms. Wiz by all, loves teaching at Trowbridge because it is a small community school where staff and students interact like one big, happy family. The school is small enough to know everyone and everyone works hard to make Trowbridge a wonderful place to be. The students are eager to learn and the teachers and staff are gifted professionals.
Ms. Wiz is a graduate of UW-Milwaukee. She has also undergone extensive training in the areas of math and science standards-based teaching and teacher leadership. Ms. Wiz has taught teacher preparation classes at UW-Milwaukee and has conducted workshops at the district, state and national levels. |

Mrs. Hanney is a graduate of UW-Madison. Go Badgers! She enjoys the outdoors and loves to travel. |

Ms. O’Connor loves teaching at Trowbridge because the children are smart and well behaved. The staff is A-1 and Ms. O’Connor considers Trowbridge one of the best schools in MPS.
Ms. O’Connor received her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Principalship and Supervision from Cardinal Stritch.
She appreciates the support of the parents and other community members and all the great things they do for Trowbridge. |

Mrs. Pike has been an MPS teacher for 12 years. This is her first at Trowbridge and she is very excited to be here. She loves to use technology in her teaching and is very excited that she received a Smart Board to use in her classroom. Mrs. Pike looking forward to a year full of learning and fun. |

Mr. Neustifter likes to teach in an animated way that expresses the importance of each lesson as well as the fun that can often be found in learning. He believes that if kids are willing to work hard they will be successful. Mr. Neustifter loves those moments when the "light bulb goes on" when kids grasp something new. He also enjoys times when his students teach him something new.
Mr. N got his teaching degree from Lakeland College and his Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Olivet Nazarene University. He is married with three boys. Mr. N’s interests are teaching, camping, songwriting, and sports. |

Mr. LeBlanc feels the environment at Trowbridge is awesome for teaching. Teachers work well together and the administration is supportive concerning academic excellence and behavioral expectations. Mr. LeBlanc also likes the fact that the student population is diverse and enthusiastic about learning.
Mr. LeBlanc has taught students at the middle school level for more than 17 years. Most of those years have been spent teaching eighth grade.
These last few years have been particularly rewarding for Mr. LeBlanc. Students' willingness to serve others with a generous and gentle heart through teaching first graders to read, as well as through leading by example throughout the building have been a tremendous source of personal and professional satisfaction. |
