The VPP team is comprised of MPS staff who serve as facilitators and/or trainers.

Beth has been in the field of school psychology since 1993. Her previous experience includes working in residential treatment facilities for ED youth and CD adults. She has been a COMP National Trainer since 2005 and a member of the VPP team since 1995.

Kim has been working in school psychology since 1997. Her previous experience includes providing intervention and consultation to students and staff in various school districts including Schaumburg, Palatine, Chicago and Gurnee, Illinois. She has been a COMP National Trainer since 2006 and a member of the VPP team since 1997.

Deb has been in the field of education since 1987. Her previous experience includes teaching and counseling to students in grades 6-8, where she facilitated individual, group, and classroom guidance and Peer Mediation. She joined VPP in March, 2008.

Kim has been working as a school psychologist since 2004.  Her previous experience includes facilitating small group and classroom-wide social-emotional learning programs, consulting with parents and school staff, conducting evaluations of students with suspected disabilities, and leading a school-based team in the development and implementation of PBIS tier 1 strategies.

Melissa has been in the field of education with the Milwaukee Public Schools since 2002.  Her previous experience includes classroom teaching at the elementary level as well as facilitating the development and implementation of school-wide PBIS Tier 1 strategies.  Melissa joined Violence Prevention in January 2011.
