“I began teaching 1985, shortly after I earned my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Mount Mary College. I was trained in Orton-Gillingham K-12 in 1986. In 1989, I obtained my master’s degree in Special Education from Cardinal Stritch University. I continued my studies at Cardinal Stritch and in 1998, I received an additional master’s degree in Administrative Leadership and Director of Instruction K-12.
My favorite thing about teaching is being able to touch the future and watch students succeed. Students enjoy my classroom because I truly care about them. My students should know that I care about them and their education. I want to see all of them succeed. The best thing about WCLL is the “family like” atmosphere. We also have the best students!” |
